Spot & Spill Warranty Program Guidelines
To ensure fair and consistent service, please review the following:
• Valid for single-family, owner-occupied homes only (no rentals, no exceptions)
• Covers spot cleaning only in the new flooring areas installed by the flooring company
• Limited to one FREE visit per month
• Does not cover pet-related spots
• No full rooms or carpet sections without a price adjustment
• Additional cleaning billed by the square foot
• If spot removal takes longer than 30 minutes, additional charges may apply
• No guarantee that all spots can be removed (some may permanently discolor)
• Reappearing spots may be re-cleaned after 30 days
• Payment is due at the time of service
• No minimum charge is required for Spot & Spill Program visits
• This program is not transferable if you move
• No refunds if canceled, remaining balance may be applied to other services within 30 days
